THE DUKE OF MAYFAIR is a dark comedy written by Deena Berezin (Hal Buckley). Inspired by a French con-artist who scammed the elite by posing as a Rockefeller, this dark comedy tells the tale of Duke, a rogue with a heart of gold and a jail record as long as his arm. When Duke insinuates himself into the lives of the Pickfords, a spoilt, rich English family residing in Mayfair, they unwittingly sign their house over to him. Although the Pickfords eventually succeed in expelling Duke from their midst, they realise he was a blessing in disguise. Sometimes it take a pathological liar to pull a loving but dysfunctional family back together.

When, as fate would have it, Sue meets a Muscovite millionaire, the trouble - and romance - begins. In this modern day comedy of marital manners, two wrongly matched people find their perfect match - with someone else.
