THE DUKE OF MAYFAIR is a dark comedy written by Deena Berezin (Hal Buckley). Inspired by a French con-artist who scammed the elite by posing as a Rockefeller, this dark comedy tells the tale of Duke, a rogue with a heart of gold and a jail record as long as his arm. When Duke insinuates himself into the lives of the Pickfords, a spoilt, rich English family residing in Mayfair, they unwittingly sign their house over to him. Although the Pickfords eventually succeed in expelling Duke from their midst, they realise he was a blessing in disguise. Sometimes it take a pathological liar to pull a loving but dysfunctional family back together.
ICEBREAKER is an action-packed thriller about Yuri, a mathematical wizkid that is coerced into working for a Wall Street tycoon, who seeks to influence the future through a supercomputer. The computer is programmed with the principles of quantum interaction, in which events are influenced to bring about an articulated goal, but is passed off to the rest of the world as mere "coincidence." Yuri finds himself in a freefall, as he is pulled every which way in a dangerous game of wit, wile, greed, corruption and intrigue.
KISS & SUE is a romantic comedy by Richard Burman (The Gift). After three roller coaster years of marriage to Arthur, a charming yet penniless Englishman, Sue decides to call it quits. When Sue discovers that her pre-nup agreement is null and void in England, she comes up with a brilliant, if unorthodox idea: instead of forking over her assets, why not set Arthur up with an eligible bachelorette? When, as fate would have it, Sue meets a Muscovite millionaire, the trouble - and romance - begins. In this modern day comedy of marital manners, two wrongly matched people find their perfect match - with someone else.
THE WRITE ONE is a romantic comedy by Sonya Moyet (Script Factory Award Winner). Penny Prince is an aspiring writer who works for a top London editor, who flatly refuses to do "mercy reads." Desperate to get ahead, Penny swaps the cover sheet of her manuscript with that of Michael Flannery, an existing client whose career has flat lined. As word of mouth about "Michael's" novel spreads, Penny's life topples and she is left without a single copy of her work - or so she thinks. In this romantic comedy of first love and second chances, Penny discovers that Michael is indeed the write one, in every sense of the word.
